"I took in my 2018 Dodge 2500 in for repairs on Friday 7/30/21. It was the first time that I have had to use the service dept. I have an exceptional truck. I called in to check on the progress later in the afternoon, but they were not able to finish everything, Blake was my contact in the service department and was straight forward and honest about it. He was detailed in the reasons why they were unable to finish and I brought the truck back on the next Monday. They were able to make the needed repairs. I thought Blake was very professional and forthcoming about what they could get done in the time that they had and though I didn't get my truck fixed on Friday as I had hoped they were able to take care of everything on the next Monday. My truck had been washed and cleaned when I picked it up. I feel that the service dept. at Wright Motor Company went out of their way to take care of my problem."

"These folks are the best I've dealt with, period. I've bought two new vehicles in the past two years and both have been more than a pleasure I assure you. Ordered a car from Jeff and Greg that came in last week. I can't say enough good about them. Straight forward, do what they say and that's extremely hard to find in todays vehicle market. Very fair pricing and I can tell they care about the experience. Small town feeling you just cant get anymore!! Their service department is exactly the same.
